Restaurant Breakfast is traditional french with croissants with jam and french bread with cheese and eggs. Diner is by reservation offering a different local speciality every day a favourite being TRUFFADE a potatoe and cheese, from the village, dish served with Auvergne raw ham and salade. We also prepare products from local suppliers such as freshly caught Rainbow Trout or a beef steak from the Salers cow. The cheese board is always to hand with a selction of cheeses out of the region with St Nectaire, Blue Auvergne and Cantal being a few of the well known and for afterwards we have a range of fine wines just waiting to be tried.
